Damir has completed his university studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Osijek and has obtained the title of graduate engineer in electrical engineering.He became a licensed electrical engineer and a member of the Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers in 2004. He is currently a member of the Assembly of the Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers, a member of the Management Board of the Croatian Chamber of Electrical Engineers, and the chairman of the committee for the supervision of the work of CCoEE members.

Currently over 24 years of work experience in the field of electrical engineering, with over 21 years of experience as a supervisory engineer and project designer. Experience in monitoring electrical engineering activities at all stages, including technical and financial control over activities under the relevant regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

• Work experience as a project designer on over 100 projects in the field of civil engineering in the area of electrical engineering.
• Work experience as a project designer on over 100 projects in the field of relocation/protection of electrical installations and public lighting.
• Work experience in project designing contact and cable networks for the tram network.
• Work experience in professional supervision of over 100 different constructions.
• Has extensive experience in problem-solving and collaborating with all stakeholders (clients, entrepreneurs, external service providers, the general public, and local authorities).
• Detailed, very flexible with developed multi-tasking and analytical critical thinking skills.
• Effectively worked as part of a team on many successful projects, some of which were very high in complexity.
